As part of their cross-functional team, you will work closely with the Land Administration Manager and contribute to acquisitions, ownership updates, and land records management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately calculate mineral, royalty, and working interests and resolve ownership discrepancies with operators
  • Maintain and update the land records database, including details on wells, tracts, units, and ownership interests
  • Assist with due diligence and land evaluation processes for acquisitions
  • Support the Land Administration Manager with routine tasks like lease records maintenance, division order approvals, and AFE management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience as a land analyst, division order analyst, or similar role in the oil and gas industry
  • Proficiency in land leasing processes, mineral title, and regulatory standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Quorum On-Demand Land and SQL Server is a bonus
