  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
  • Offers exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule meetings and setting up conference rooms (as directed).
  • Maintains a professional appearance, as well as maintaining 
  • composure under high pressure situations. 
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate 
  • associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox 
  • when the associate is unavailable.
  • Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers ,company website, and other related information.
  • Receives, sorts and forward's incoming mail. Maintains and routes 
  • publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • May also assist with other related clerical duties such as 
  • photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Maintain supplies for copy/coffee machines and request


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Receptionist at ZT Corporate /Altus Community Healthcare in Century, CA and Newport. The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basics.


Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
