Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months experience designing and implementing scalable multi-tier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture involving data structures, algorithms, high-level & low-level software design and JEE Design Patterns. 84 months experience in creating technical designs and deploying applications in IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1, WebSphere Application Servers 6.0 or higher, or JBoss Application Server 7 or higher, and/or Windows Server 2019 or higher. 84 months experience architecting systems or creating technical designs related to criminal justice processing. 84 months experience creating technical designs that are implemented with Java Development Kit (JDK) 1.8 or higher, or .NET 6.0 or higher, or .NET Core 3.1 or higher. 48 months experience performing analysis of systems or processes resulting in system efficiencies such as automation of manual processes or integration with other systems. 36 months experience with authoring technical documentation regarding architectural standards, guidelines, design documents, network, UML & ER diagrams, knowledge base articles, and test plans. 36 months experience in performance testing methodology, and/or performance tuning of multi-tier applications.
