Essential Functions Communicate a vision and align the organization around strategic quality improvement, fostering a high‑performing, engaged quality team. Implement strategic quality management objectives such as APQP/PPAP, SPC, RCCA, and other tools to improve step‑level quality metrics at all sites. Collaborate with cross‑functional leadership to identify best practices and implement them across product quality, supplier quality, and business process quality to meet customer satisfaction and internal goals. Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System that meets business objectives and ensures product conformance to customer requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes, and regulatory standards. Provide direct and indirect leadership to build a high‑performing, engaged quality organization. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 13 years with a graduate degree; or 19 years of related experience if no degree). Minimum 10 years of experience in quality leadership. Preferred Additional Skills Experience with ISO9001, AS9100, and AS9145. Lean 6‑sigma concepts and processes (green/black belt preferred). Managing APQP/PPAP‑based programs. Driving formal root‑cause corrective action programs. Building a quality‑focused culture and driving process, program, and product quality. Experience with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). New Product Introduction (NPI) experience. Proficient computer skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary range (Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Vermont): $143,000–$265,000. Final offer may vary based on experience and location.
