What You’ll Do HR Administration & Compliance Maintain, organize, and keep up-to-date personnel files, HR databases, and HRIS records. Support compliance initiatives, including I-9 verification, EEO reporting, audits, and policy documentation. Generate HR reports and prepare data for audits, compliance reviews, and leadership needs. Assist with updating forms, procedures, and employee-facing documentation. Benefits Administration Support the general administration of employee benefits programs. Serve as a point of contact for benefits inquiries, providing clear and timely support. Coordinate annual open enrollment and assist with benefit communications. Maintain accurate benefits records and process enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations. Assist with reconciliation and audit processes. Recruitment & Onboarding Support applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support the hiring/rehiring of temporary and seasonal employees (e.g., coaches, substitutes, summer staff). General Administrative Support Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and managing shared inboxes. Generate routine communications, including required annual notices and disclosures. Respond to employee requests for information and assistance with professionalism and care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience with a focus on human resources functions, specifically coordination of employee benefit programs and compliance. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background check and provide current tuberculosis (TB) clearance. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Full-time, in-person, campus-based role; physical presence on campus is required. Typical school setting with moderate noise levels; may vary during events. Ability to sit, stand, turn, bend, reach, and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to move around campus and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. Requires normal vision and hearing to interact effectively with faculty, staff, and students. Salary Range This is an hourly paid position.
