Competitive compensation with an estimated base pay range:
- For Employees: Minimum $345,000/annually to maximum of $480,000/annually
- For Independent Contractors: Minimum $370,000/annually to maximum of $510,000/annually

Qualified Candidates:
  • Qualified candidates will be emergency medicine certified or eligible.
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of California
  • Schedule is a mix of 8, 9, and 10 hour-long shifts

About Regional Medical Center of San Jose:
  • Serving the community as a county-designated Level II Trauma Center, the 258-bed hospital is one of San Jose’s busiest ER’s. Regional Hospital holds Joint Commission advanced certification as a Comprehensive Stroke Center, as a certified Chest Pain Center, county-designated STEMI receiving center, a lung cancer screening center and is certified in sepsis care by The Joint Commission.
  • The facility provides the region with high-quality, technologically advanced healthcare some of which include: comprehensive cardiac services and is a member and ECMO center providing life support, expert orthopedic and spine services providing a joint replacement, revision, fracture, and 24/7 trauma support and offers an outpatient solution for follow-up care.
  • Neurosciences, providing inpatient and outpatient care as well as surgical services with experts in minimally invasive techniques for all surgical specialties.
