Description

Job Summary:

Clinical assessment, treatment, case management, consultation, referral, and education according to individual's professional discipline. Services shall be provided in accordance with the established North Carolina Mental Health Standards as well within the scope of practice of the individual.
  • Provide emergency services during work hours and after hours as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director for risk management.
  • Establish positive and cooperative relationships with local health care entities and vendors.
  • Attend staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and other activities, which ensures the smooth functioning of clinical operations.
  • Function as team player and maintain consistent and true positive interactions with customers, employees, and associated members of the community and agency.
  • Develop and maintain cooperative and collaborative relations with local health care entities and management entities.
  • Other duties as needed by supervisor

Requirements

Education and License Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human services preferred; other advanced degrees may be considered
  • Licensed by NC to provide therapy (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, and LCMHCA licensure)
  • Sex Offender Treatment and Youth Sex Offender Treatment is a plus
