Prepare and submit required reports, documents and self‑studies. Act as primary liaison between program and accreditation agencies. Assist continuous program evaluation and improvement. Develop and implement accreditation policies and procedures. Monitor changes in accreditation requirements and ensure compliance. Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff. Maintain records related to accreditation and compliance. Collaborate with institutional leadership to align accreditation efforts. Facilitate site visits and respond to inquiries. Identify and address areas for improvement based on feedback. Qualifications Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Higher Education Administration, or related field. Experience in accreditation processes within a healthcare education setting. Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external agencies. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to contribute meaningfully to diversity and student‑centeredness.
