Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide technology landscape assessments to identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities. Develop and maintain architecture models across business, application, data, and technology domains. Define and implement rationalization strategies to consolidate platforms, retire legacy systems, and optimize vendor usage. Collaborate with business units, IT leadership, and solution architects to ensure alignment between technology and business goals. Maintain architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with standards and policies. Create roadmaps for rationalization initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments. Support digital transformation efforts by recommending scalable, future-ready technologies. Maintain architecture repositories and ensure documentation is current and accessible. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or solution architecture. Proven experience in technology rationalization, application portfolio management, or IT modernization. Strong knowledge of EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS ecosystems, and legacy modernization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
