Sigma.Inc. is looking for a Practice Representative to work onsite within the BIDMC - Dermatology department in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center located in Boston, MA.

Shift timings: Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm with one-hour lunch break

Job Summary:
  • As a front desk receptionist, checking patients in and out.
  • Directs patient access to the practice by answering, screening and processing a high volume of incoming calls in a dedicated call center.
  • Must have strong customer service experience and strong typing skills.
  • Must be able to exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally in carrying, pushing, lifting, and pulling.
  • Sitting most of the time with walking and standing required only occasionally.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience required.
  • Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
