Your Opportunity: As a Data Collection Specialist with the Distributor Strategic Business Unit, you will play a key role in product implementation as you gather and standardize product specifications, define product workflows, and build and maintain product attributes with proprietary software. You will provide technical support to the business development, implementation, and data management teams to ensure high data integrity for all product solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Build and maintain product and program specifications and pricing in proprietary software.
Understand and appropriately utilize system infrastructure to ensure accurate item set up and product workflow.
Consolidate and rationalize product detail files for multiple customer channels.
Develop a deep product and process knowledge for multiple solution sets to support product onboarding.
Support business development and implementation teams through product and program onboarding to grow sales.
Categorize and standardize best practices for conveying technical specifications to the data management team.
Partner with image processing team to define and support file conveyance workflows for new products.
Maintain effective follow-through aligned with standard operating procedures throughout the process.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, assisting in development of effective strategies to implement them.
Your Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
You Must Have:
High school education or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (intermediate to expert level).
Strong computer and web skills with an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet regular deadlines.
A high degree of energy, initiative, and self-motivation.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - $23. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
