Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Lead in Newport Beach, CA.

As a Maintenance Lead you will:

Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical equipment, motor controls, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and pumps.
HVAC is a plus.
Generate and maintain accurate reports on maintenance activities, including work orders, downtime, and expenditures.
Inspect and listen to machines to identify malfunctions and determine appropriate repairs.
Disassemble machinery to access and repair problem areas.
Set up and operate mechanical equipment and small hand tools for machine and equipment repair.
Fabricate parts and components as needed for repairs and maintenance.
Assign tasks and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in technical skills and work ethics.

This is a full time opportunity. Monday thru Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will have:

Work with and support the maintenance manager.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and pumps.
Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and problem-solving.
Ability to operate forklift and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate: $35.00 or DOE

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
