The Role You'll Contribute The MRI technologist is under the general supervision of the lead technologist, supervisor, manager, director of special imaging, and radiologist. Primary duties include imaging both neuro and body scans on patients from neonate to geriatric, following age‑specific guidelines of FH parameters, transmitting images for diagnostic interpretation, and keeping the hospital computer system updated with exam progress. The MRI technologist actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all. Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations for neuro and body imaging from neonate to geriatric populations. Apply age‑specific MRI parameters and guidelines. Transmit images for diagnostic interpretation and maintain accurate records. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Provide excellent customer service and maintain respectful relationships with patients, staff, and referring providers. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of MRI safety. Qualifications ARRT MR or CT or R credential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Associate’s Degree in Radiology.
