Youll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services.The Pediatric & Family Medicine Clinic includes family practice, same-day care, and select occupational health screenings. Incredible outdoor activities in the historic Columbia River Gorge or visit the nearby Pacific Ocean, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Hood. Highlights about the practice:

  • Schedule: Full time, 4-to-5-days weekly, with In-basket support
  • Call: "1:20, evening phone calls from skilled nursing facilities and includes one working weekend at the same day clinic once per quarter
  • Team: 3 Pediatricians, 1 Family Medicine Physician, and 2 Nurse Practitioners
  • 14 exam spaces, the clinic is located inside the hospital, with on-site digital x-ray
  • 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, seeing all ages, up to "20-22 patients per day
  • Onsite: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services,
  • In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams

Lake Sacajawea, directly across from St. John Medical Center is in the heart of Longview.
