You'll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services.The Pediatric & Family Medicine Clinic includes family practice, same-day care, and select occupational health screenings. Highlights about the practice:
Schedule: Full time, 4-to-5-days weekly, with In-basket supportCall: ~1:20, evening phone calls from skilled nursing facilities and includes one working weekend at the same day clinic once per quarterTeam: 3 Pediatricians, 1 Family Medicine Physician, and 2 Nurse Practitioners14 exam spaces, the clinic is located inside the hospital, with on-site digital x-ray1:1 Medical Assistant ratio, seeing all ages, up to ~20-22 patients per dayOnsite: Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services,In-house Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
