Territory Sales Manager, North America-West

- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and pipeline growth targets.
- Build short- and long-term territory growth strategies and track execution using CRM and other tools.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and customer loyalty events.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Alpha's offerings to support customer decisions including demonstrations supported by Application Engineering.
- Monitor market trends to identify new accounts and opportunities.
- Support the execution of global key account strategies at customer sites in the assigned territory.
- Evaluate and report on sales agents/distributors performance and commission plans.
- Provide accurate and timely territory sales forecasts of expected business results.
- Provide timely response to customers including but not limited to sales quotes and product inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of polymer and rubber markets is preferred.
- Experience selling highly technical capital equipment.
- Experience selling software solutions is a plus.
- International sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Action-oriented and eager to achieve results.
- U.S.
- Travel: moderate domestic and international.
