We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager – Technology, Ad Creatives to lead product strategy, development, and execution to assess the quality of these ad creatives. In this role, you will own a strategic charter for the future of creative formats that leverages AI and dynamic creative optimization, while supporting automation. You will partner with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, science, analytics, sales, and marketing—to develop innovative creative products that empower advertisers and enhance consumer engagement. Key job responsibilities Define and execute product vision and strategy for your ad creatives charter, balancing advertiser needs, customer experience, and business impact. Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to launch, optimization, and scaling. Drive innovation in AI‑powered creative solutions, automation tools, and ad formats. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop intuitive, scalable, and high‑performing ad creative products. Partner with science teams to develop new AI‑driven capabilities that optimize the creative experience. Work with analytics teams to ensure creative effectiveness is measured and continuously optimized. Partner with sales and marketing, and account management teams to educate and enable advertisers on creative best practices and solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, creative automation, and ad formats. Why Join Us? The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
