This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work our normal business hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2925 Chicago Ave S. Minneapolis MN 55407.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be during normal business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Sort and file patient forms
  • Locate and retrieve files when requested.
  • Cross train and work in all processes when needed
  • Repetitive movements including sit, stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladder
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Handling requests from billers via WQ's or shared Outlook inboxes
  • Mail Sorting - from lock box, USPS, internal mail routes
  • Fax Sorting/Faxing
  • Returned mail - adding flags to each system
  • Claim Attachments
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Familiarity with computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
  • Ability to work our normal business hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm CST, Monday-Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience using standard office technology, including copy/fax machines, printers, scanners
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft OneNote
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
  • Ability to perform at required productivity and quality levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Collaborate and communicate with co-workers and other departments
