Program Summary:
The Customer Experience Coordinator will be part of the team responsible for enhancing customer and user experience across various stakeholders and users within the Defense Enclave Services contract for the Fourth Estate Network Optimization program. This role requires active clearance and expertise in customer engagement, change management, and communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the program team and customers/users, understanding their needs and addressing issues throughout the migration process.
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans to achieve program goals.
- Utilize organizational change management methodologies to prepare users for upcoming changes.
- Establish metrics for measuring the success of customer engagement initiatives.
- Effectively convey complex information in a clear and simple manner utilizing various tools and platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Active DoD SECRET or above clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT environment and executive communications, advanced writing and editing skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and strong technical aptitude.
