No more, no less Complete client notes in Glowbar Admin during every treatment Ensure each client receives an extraordinary skincare treatment for their individual needs and goals, including but not limited to extractions, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, high frequency, ect. Walk client through the why and benefits of each step of treatment Educate clients about products and provide at‑home routine suggestions using “Seal the Deal” Achieve (or exceeds) monthly product sales targets by thoughtfully educating clients about products and personalized at‑home routine suggestions Care For Our Team Provide feedback to management on progress and challenges and suggestions Collaborate with fellow estheticians on best practices, client needs, and opportunities to improve the client experience Complete treatment room checklist after every shift to set up next Esthetician for success Log inventory replenishment accurately and consistently Enhance and uphold standards, policies & procedures through various means of communication Participate in events onsite/offsite Requirements Valid (temporary or permanent) state Esthetics License 1+ years experience as a licensed esthetician at a busy spa/salon with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics Maintains an average of at least $1,000 product sales per month Must love hospitality and interacting with customers Must have the flexibility to work a non‑traditional schedule - must have weekend, holiday, and some early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability Full‑time requires 5 days of open availability, including both weekend days Part‑time requires 3 days of open availability, including one weekend day Weekend only requires open availability Saturday and Sunday every week Strong understanding of salon standards, policies and procedures Must be a forward‑thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients Passion for beauty, skincare, learning and trying new things everyday Established clientele a plus Working Conditions Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the entire shift Bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting (up to 15 pounds) — including merchandise, laundry, and back‑of‑house supplies Climbing up and down stairs during shift operations Remaining mobile and on your feet for the full duration of your shift (shift lengths may vary) Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in laundry or supply areas Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing supplies, and light cleaning Required to work weekends, evenings and holiday to support our client demand Perks We Are Really Proud To Offer Medical dental and vision insurance largely paid for by Glowbar Paid Time Off FT hourly- 40 hours of vacation with carryover Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays $2 pay differential (Saturday/Sunday) Net Promotor Score (NPS) Bonus- up to $1,000 quarterly Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Commuter benefits Accident and Critical Illness Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Annual Glowbar Membership with 2 guest passes Employee discounts on retail product Community giveback Friends and family discounts Team member referral bonuses Career advancement and continuing education opportunities Discounts at a vast array of lifestyle brands, services restaurants, theme parks and more Compensation: $18-19/hour Supplemental pay: Bonus and tips Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries Wellness and Fitness Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
