Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Agent at Vallejo Nissan, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking to purchase vehicles. Your role will involve guiding customers through the entire car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and providing comprehensive information to help customers make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Actively listen to their needs and preferences to identify suitable vehicle options.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Nissan vehicle lineup, features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Sales Process: Assist customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and closing the sale.
  • Customer Support: Address any questions or concerns customers may have, both before and after the sale, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any additional needs, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other dealership staff, including finance managers, service personnel, and sales associates, to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive products and financing options is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Attitude: Positive, energetic, and proactive approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
