Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Agent at Vallejo Nissan, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking to purchase vehicles. Your role will involve guiding customers through the entire car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and providing comprehensive information to help customers make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Actively listen to their needs and preferences to identify suitable vehicle options.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Nissan vehicle lineup, features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Sales Process: Assist customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and closing the sale.
- Customer Support: Address any questions or concerns customers may have, both before and after the sale, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
