Our client: Is a leading owner and operator of student housing communities across the U.S., managing a significant portfolio of assets and leveraging extensive industry experience.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


Develop strategies to enhance revenue through pricing models and market analysis.

Manage pricing for assets, ensuring competitiveness with market trends.

Analyze market data from various sources, including internal points.

Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations.

Maintain pricing models to optimize profitability.

Prepare reports and present findings to executives.

Conduct market research, tracking demand and supply fundamentals.

Support reporting efforts for asset management.

Complete ad hoc projects to assist the Asset Management team.

Occasional travel for asset and market tours.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

2-4+ years in commercial real estate or financial analysis (student housing/multifamily preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with executives.

Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.

Experience in pricing analysis or revenue management is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
