Electrical Superintendent – Commercial/Industrial 📍 Location: Victoria, Texas 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 📅 Start Date: Immediate About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and lead the electrical scope for a large commercial/industrial project in Victoria, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of NEC and OSHA standards, and proven success managing large crews on high-value projects. Responsibilities Supervise all electrical work on site, ensuring compliance with plans, NEC codes, and safety regulations. Manage subcontractors and electrical crews to maintain productivity and quality. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and other trades. Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates. Conduct job site inspections and resolve field issues. Plan production and ensure code compliance. Oversee material procurement, track inventory, and prepare bills of materials for upcoming tasks. Keep detailed daily logs of site activity. Maintain high standards for construction quality and project documentation. Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role. Strong background in large-scale commercial or industrial projects. In-depth knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and local electrical codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing electrical crews of 10–30 workers. Preferred: Master Electrician license. Required: OSHA-30 Certification. License: Valid Driver’s License (preferred). Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
