Yellowstone Club's Employee Housing department is currently seeking candidates for a Housekeeper. This is a full-time year-round position located in Gallatin Gateway, Montana. As the Housing Department Housekeeper with Yellowstone Club, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of one or more housing properties, including cleaning, staging units, verifying departures, updating door codes, interacting with residents, and maintaining the properties overall. Our Housing team members' hospitality greatly contributes to the Yellowstone Club employee first impression. Job Responsibilities: * Maintain buildings by performing detailed cleaning, including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning rooms, common kitchen and laundry areas, and basic maintenance (changing light bulbs and batteries, monitoring thermostats). * Ensure trash is emptied and appliances are in good working order. * Improve operating efficiency by managing inventory supplies. * Inspect the property and work with maintenance to keep the building in good working order. * Participate in preparation for arrivals and departures. * Develop resident relationships by identifying needs and helping provide solutions. * Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with the housing team. * May be required to run errands for the department and travel to other locations. * May perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well under pressure. * Flexibility to handle daily changing priorities and projects. * Excellent communication and organization with the ability to prioritize workload and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. * Independent, self-starter, with attention to detail. * Consistently reports working on time and prepared to perform duties of the position. * Have a working knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.). * Valid Driver's License Required. * Have the ability and willingness to perform upkeep tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, wiping, lifting, etc. Yellowstone Club offers great benefits including: * Two employee ski days at the Yellowstone Club each month. * Discounted Ski Pass to either Big Sky Resort or Bridger Bowl. * Health and Dental Benefits for all FTYR employees. * 401k eligibility and bi-weekly match. * Discounted Employee Housing in Big Sky or Bozeman. * Discounts to over 1000 retailers through ADP LifeMart. * End of season employee appreciation day and retail sale.
