We believe in continuous learning, absolute transparency, and a collaborative approach to everything we do.What You’ll DoManage broker and institutional counterparty relationships across multiple productsNegotiate prices and make markets for brokers and other relevant external partiesCollaborate and communicate effectively with screen traders to manage portfolio risk and pricingDevelop new relationships to improve access to flow and expand the businessConduct trade analysis to identify trends and capitalize on opportunitiesQualifications and SkillsPrevious experience (2+ years) in an options market‑making role covering brokers and institutional counterpartiesBS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related fieldStrong verbal communication skills, detail oriented, team playerExcellent ability to use market information to positively impact trading operationsAbility to work well under pressure and make fast decisions in a dynamic marketStrong interpersonal skills, can successfully manage and form external counterparty relationshipsPay RangeThe base salary range for this position is 125,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Edgehog - Primary Office).
