Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator supports Harvard Protections goal of providing best in class security and life safety services. Working with our Director, Administrative Services, the AC will provide critical support in driving current projects and new Company initiatives. This position will be advancing projects directly tied to Company growth, business continuity, technology platforms (current & new) and creating or updating Site Post Specific Instructions. The position will provide necessary support for the Operations and Payroll Coordinators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality services are provided to meet customer expectations and contract requirements by working with an supporting our Management Leaders in the field
  • Ability to partner with Payroll and Operations Coordinators to provide functional support and develop process expertise to cover absence
  • Work with our Field Technology offering; develop expertise in usage and provide support to Field Management in use
  • Collection of weekly emailed Metrics Reports from Field Management and developing additional reporting processes to assist field operations. Processing into weekly report for Management review
  • Collection and processing of additional weekly, monthly, and Quarterly reporting requirements. Be detail oriented in the appropriate sharing and archiving of confidential company documents
  • Assist in development and update of field Post Order documents for Management review. Archiving as appropriate on secure server
  • Provide timely and appropriate written communications to multiple levels on long and short-term project needs.
  • Have knowledge of our Business Continuity Program, while working in collaboration with teams to ensure the Disaster Recovery Program supports the business continuity requirements of the company and customer accounts
  • Facilitate necessary connections between all company Inter-dependent Department and frontline staff
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess some of the following verifiable experience:
    • Advanced education degree
    • 2-5 years business work environment
  • Must have reliable means of communication and transportation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (excellent written communications)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess a confidence and comfort level learning and utilizing new technologies


Compensation:

Harvard Protection Services offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $50,000 to $65,000 with health & welfare, dental, vision, sick leave, vacation, and 401K enrollment benefit opportunities.
