Global Head of Energy & Natural Resources - Executive Recruitment - Strategy & Performance Improvement Join a growing trading‑adjacent team that drives measurable performance across commercial operations. You’ll lead a small analytics group, stand up a center of excellence, and partner with senior leaders to turn data into P&L impact. What you’ll do Tackle ambiguous problems: structure issues, size impact, and execute hands‑on solutions. Build and lead a high‑performing analytics team; establish best practices and reusable toolkits. Prioritize and deliver a pipeline of initiatives that improve trading and operational outcomes. Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. Track market, regulatory, and tech trends to inform strategy and unlock new opportunities. What we’re looking for 3–5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, PE, finance/economics, engineering, or data science (or equivalent mix). Proven team leadership and people‑development experience. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities. Evidence of driving measurable performance improvements (analytics use cases, process changes, or tooling). Relevant degrees/certifications welcome but not required if experience is equivalent. How success will be measured Tangible P&L contribution from delivered initiatives. Adoption and impact of analytics use cases in trading/operations. Team engagement and development outcomes.
