Position: Associate Director, Supply Chain Analytics

Location: Dallas, TX
(Flexible for the right candidate)

Position Type: Full-time

Looking for someone with a strong background in supply chain consulting + Analytics and strong executive presence.

Ability to travel within the US

Description:

The key elements of this role:

60% of the time

Conversations:
Drive growth by engaging with key clients & prospects, with a keen eye for consultative client engagement, solutioning, and selling. Drive new prospect engagement, business development initiatives, and sales opportunities by providing analytics expertise, conducting demos for clients & prospects

Collaborations:
Engage with our key partners to jointly go to market - develop relationships with partner AEs, solution architects, build joint solutions and points of view, drive multiple client workshops in-person

20% of the time:

Consult:
Lead consultative delivery of complex projects in the supply chain for key clients, during POC, MVP, and initial stages of projects

20% of the time:

Capability:
Guide some of our key capabilities for the CPG & Industrial verticals - including Demand & Supply planning, On Shelf Availability, Manufacturing, and others (10%)

Competency:
Groom and mentor an eager bunch of supply chain enthusiasts, provide guidance on POC's, client engagements, internal solution & capability building

Content:
Deliver thought leadership through various forums and platforms

Skills:

10-15 years of experience in supply chain/supply chain analytics in CPG/FMCG and Industrial/Automotive domains.

Good understanding of one or more areas of supply chain - especially
Demand & Supply Planning
, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Warehousing

Experience working directly with clients/stakeholders, conducting workshops, and engaging in consultative solutioning and selling

Business-focused, innovative, creative, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passion for problem solving, and hunger to deliver results (and loads of it).

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders in client organizations

Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives (both internal and external) and work with cross-functional teams, as well as partner teams

Ability to manage, groom, and improve people

Experience in/exposure to data and analytics, having actively worked with analyzing data to solve business problems

Exposure to operations research methods and analytical techniques, including Logistic regression, Random Forest, xGBoost, Stochastic techniques, and Optimization models, would be a plus

Exposure to Generative & Agentic AI solutions to supply chain problems - an added advantage

Exposure to technology skills across programming languages (Python, R), database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), Cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc) is an added plus
