```Duties```
- Lead and facilitate classroom activities for infant , toddler and preschool-aged children
- Develop and implement educational lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of each child
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development and progress

```Qualifications```
-Minimum of 12 ECS units, AA or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting, preferably in a preschool or childcare environment
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with special education techniques, including speech therapy, working with therapists
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.25 - $29.91 per hour
