Job Summary:

APR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, grading, and providing support to students with mild to moderate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with mild to moderate disabilities
  • Provide instruction and support to students in a classroom setting
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure student success
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • California Teaching Credential in Special Education (Mild to Moderate)
  • Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
