The Marketing & Communications team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Profit Center Launch Specialist at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

About the Role:


You will:


Be responsible for preparing Profit Center Managers for the successful launch of a new and/or relocated Profit Center location.


Oversee the setup of new Profit Center locations and the tasks required to close existing Profit Center locations from both an operational and branding perspective, and coordinate to ensure processes are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Act as Project Manager on all tasks associated with new, relocating or closing (merging) Profit Center locations to ensure general operational readiness prior to opening or closing.


Work with Profit Center Managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.



Collaborate with teams at the National Support Center to provide guidance and resources to Profit Center Managers that ensure successful sourcing and set-up of proper accounting systems, technology, supplies, delivery fleet, shipping accounts, banking and payment set-up, website design, etc.


Provide guidance and resources to Profit Centers to ensure safety and compliance regulations are met.
Work with Profit Center Managers to develop an effective and compliant branding and marketing strategy.


Assist in creating and providing appropriate marketing resources to Profit Centers.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the Profit Centers, Region Managers and National Support Center teams as needed to ensure timely, forward progress.


Build and maintain connected processes and workflows between Profit Centers and the National Support Center that are required for business continuity and that impact Profit Center moves, mergers, closures and openings.



Be available across multiple time zones to assist in all regions.


Travel overnight to profit center locations 25% of the time.
Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.





Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.





About You:



2+ years of experience in project management
Knowledge of the plumbing wholesale industry or prior work in a Profit Center preferred.

Have experience opening new stores or related functions such as Real Estate, Visual Merchandising, etc.

Read, write, speak, and understand English.


Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
