Job Title: On-Site Technical Project Manager, Mobile

Reports To: VP of App Development and Product

We are an innovative connected fitness brand making at-home, connected fitness more accessible. We offer a line of connected products - bikes, rowers, treadmills, fitness mirrors - and an app experience allowing its members to participate in live and on-demand fitness classes.

An excellent Technical Project Manager will facilitate tasks in an excellent manner, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and build a trustworthy relationship with the development teams.. This position reports to the VP of App Development and Product..

What you'll do:

  • Daily task management for mobile development teams.
  • Participate in Product discussions and documentation
  • Facilitate daily standups, bi-weekly sprint plannings, and bi-weekly retrospectives
  • Communicate task updates and impending release information interdepartmentally to our support and marketing teams.
  • Help facilitate and communicate priorities within the technology department to teams such as Quality Assurance and Design.
  • Work with the rest of the project management team to ensure the correct flow of team priorities within and external to your designated team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing high velocity development teams.
  • Proficient domain knowledge of mobile development tasking.
  • Solid understanding of AGILE.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience with software estimation best practices.
  • Strong JIRA skills.
  • Ability to write clear and detailed technical documentation for features and improvements.
  • Previous development experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with common workouts and statistics is a plus.
