WHO YOU ARE. . . THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above.

A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. This portion of the work will often focus on relationships with others; correct handling of details dealing with others is necessary to maintain and grow relationships. If the job involves managing others, following up carefully, closely, and cheerfully is required to ensure both correct work and maintenance of the relationships. Necessary corrections must be made in a constructive, supportive manner. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
  • Ability to think big while never losing site of details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare/pharma clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on campaign progress.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive patient healthcare marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, patient outreach, provider communications, and awareness initiatives
  • Strategic planning, day-to-day account management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Lead clients and co-workers through planning sessions as an effective communicator able to stimulate and motivate both client and co-workers
  • Must crave structure and organization and be comfortable working within established structure, policies and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by offering additional marketing services, identifying unmet needs, or pursuing innovative healthcare marketing solutions.
  • Clearly define scope of campaigns and projects while being able to articulate to clients and creative teams
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships with a proven track record
  • Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations derived from campaign/project analytics to clients
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are compliant with healthcare regulations such as FDA, and CMS guidelines.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to review and approve all marketing materials before they are deployed.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of building great client relationships and producing outstanding work, with at least 3 years of experience working with pharma and healthcare clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges.
  • Experience with financial management, including budgeting and billing.
  • Driven, team player, able to focus on the details to ensure work is managed quickly and efficiently
  • Never satisfied with "good" work, always looking to make it great
  • Experience in digital strategy
  • A veteran of integrated marketing/advertising agencies

  • This position is hybrid onsite, 2 -3 days per week at BNO's Somerville Office
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with technology platforms such as Basecamp, Teams, Veeva
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
  • This role is essential for maintaining strong client relationships, driving successful campaigns, and leading a team to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
