Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Pay: $77,970.00/yr – $125,400.00/yr (Base salary range). Responsibilities Lead communication with external vendors, providing timely updates and ensuring documentation is received. Own documentation and posting compliant standards for the team. Own high importance requisitions, providing holistic support for internal and external customers. Create and manage job postings. Conduct recruiter phone screens and set up evaluations with hiring managers for all qualified applicants. Review and finalize recruitment matrix for each job posting in a compliant manner. Ensure each stage is carried out in a timely and compliant manner. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of HR background and/or recruitment or recruiting coordination experience, or an interest in Talent Acquisition and willingness to learn. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects successfully. Preferred Qualifications: Good organizational and communication skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to contribute in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, culturally diverse environment. Willingness to work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week and to travel domestically and internationally.
