Product Manager III, Group Purchasing Organization

Employer Industry: Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $190,850 Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision care Support for working families, including backup dependent care and paid parental leave Opportunities for professional development, mentorship programs, and employee resource groups Collaborative work environment with a focus on inclusivity and wellness Chance to make a meaningful impact on health outcomes for people and animals Job Responsibilities Deliver business value through a prioritized and sequenced product roadmap Lead the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements to meet stakeholder needs Use data and customer insights to identify and plan product improvements Own the go-to-market strategy for product releases, including customer communications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and devise solutions Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager Familiarity with business process modeling, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Proven ability to work with and influence cross‑functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry Confident presentation skills in small and large group settings Strong problem‑solving, planning, analysis, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to self‑learn and seek knowledge to enhance understanding of technology solutions Demonstrated working knowledge of product management and Agile software lifecycle methodologies We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
