Engineering Producer/Project Manager

*Description:*
We are looking for a Producer with Agile and JIRA experience to provide project management
support for the development of synthetic data. You will contribute to the generation of synthetic data used to develop software
solutions which will enable the company's next generation products.
In this highly collaborative role the Producer will provide organizational support within the team to ensure timely and quality
delivery of synthetic data milestones. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can balance
order and structure with innovation.
You will be supporting multiple teams within the Synthetic Data Group, managing projects from initial requirements gathering and
scoping through delivery. You will be responsible for project schedules, tracking, reporting, and identifying and communicating
risks and dependencies. You will also be a critical link between multiple teams to ensure successful delivery of features which
require cross-functional collaboration.

Previous experience in any of the following: SaaS product, VFX, film or Games industry, ad/design agency, strategy
consulting experience.
Expert JIRA user, to the extent you can train other team members and customize our JIRA project if/when needed.
Outstanding communication skills, with a track record of successfully fostering successful collaborations between technical
and creative disciplines.
Ability to drive tactical and strategic conversations, and an understanding of when each is appropriate.
Ability to identify opportunities for workflow, and efficiency improvements.
Proficient in Mac OS environment.
PMP, Scrum Master certification.
Experience working crossfunctionally and directly with senior stakeholders.
Having the ability to "be accountable without necessarily having authority"
