Description:
Part-time custodian for evening building tasks to include conference room set-ups, kitchenette cleaning and maintenance, floor washing and vacuuming, furniture cleaning and general custodial chores.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of one year of experience in general cleaning and minor maintenance, and a current PA drivers' license. Some knowledge of general maintenance preferred.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds, be knowledgeable of the proper handling of cleaning supplies; be able to use cleaning equipment and hand tools; be highly organized; possess good communication skills; be highly confidential at all times; act as a team player; be flexible to work on multiple tasks; pay attention to detail; be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change. Position requires a flexible work schedule.
Terms of Employment:
Part Time, Monday- Friday 4pm-8pm (20 hours per week)

Salary:
Minimum $14.12 with High School Diploma; $16.10 with an Associate's Degree
