Job Description Overview Associate Attorney - Employment Law (2-4 Years Experience) A well-regarded employment law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a mix of challenging and rewarding employment matters while working alongside talented attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Highlights Focus on employment law matters (open to candidates from either employer-side or plaintiff-side practice) Competitive base salary of $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience Strong annual bonus potential, historically averaging $30,000 - $40,000 per year Meaningful, hands-on responsibility with opportunities for professional development Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in good standing 2-4 years of employment law experience (litigation, counseling, or both) Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with a team This role is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to grow their career in employment law while receiving strong mentorship and advancement opportunities.
