Job Overview Latitude is seeking a high-caliber employment law attorney for a permanent, in-office role with one of its corporate clients, one of the largest retail companies in the United States. The role requires in‑office attendance in either Tampa or Atlanta and offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted legal advisor on a broad spectrum of general corporate, employment law and employment litigation matters impacting a large, national organization. Requirements 6+ years of labor and employment experience and some general legal corporate experience Prior experience counseling employers on labor and employment issues and handling employment litigation matters Prior experience working in the labor and employment practice group of a large firm, a sophisticated labor and employment boutique firm, and/or a large corporate legal department Ability to thrive in a large corporate and collaborative setting Top academic credentials from a well-regarded law school Licensed and in good standing in Florida or Georgia Outstanding references Position Details Type of Role: Permanent Schedule: Full‑time Location: Tampa Bay or Atlanta area (In‑Office) Compensation Pay: The anticipated compensation range for this position is $170,000 to $230,000 annually. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
