As the CEO Apprentice, you will be involved in identifying and analyzing growth opportunities, supporting high-stakes meetings, and executing key initiatives—all while gaining a hands-on understanding of company operations, strategy, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO by managing workflows, priorities, and project initiatives to streamline executive operations
  • Collaborate with product and development teams, contributing to ideation and aligning product direction with the company’s overarching goals
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
  • Attend key meetings, capturing actionable takeaways, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-through
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas to inform company strategy
  • Build relationships across departments to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional goals

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, ideally in business, management, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas)
  • Exceptional communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Core Values:

The ideal candidate will embody JumpCrew’s core values:

  • Grit – We’re looking for someone resilient who approaches challenges with determination and perseverance. Grit is essential in both personal growth and contributing to the company's vision.
  • Growth Mindset – We believe in continuous improvement and actively seek ways to evolve. You should approach each task as a learning opportunity and strive to add value.
  • Ownership and Accountability – Team members take responsibility for their roles and work outcomes. You will need to demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to project success.
  • Collaboration – We value teamwork and the perspectives of others. This role requires working across departments, where collaboration will be essential to achieving impactful results.
  • Customer-Centric Focus – Understanding our clients and their needs is crucial. You should value relationship-building, recognizing that customer success drives JumpCrew’s success.

This position offers a rare opportunity to work alongside the CEO, gaining practical experience in leadership, strategic planning, and product collaboration. We’re excited to find an ambitious, committed professional who shares our values and is ready to make a meaningful impact on JumpCrew’s growth.
