We seek a skilled Compensation Analyst to oversee physician compensation, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and organizational policies. The Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in maintaining accurate compensation records, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the implementation of compensation programs to attract and retain top talent in our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to employed and independent physicians and advanced practice providers under contractual agreements.
Identify and report any irregularities or discrepancies in compensation payments to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
Implement and maintain standard policies and procedures related to physician compensation programs.
Support the development and implementation of compensation structures, including incentives, supplemental compensation, educational loan payments, and other miscellaneous payments.
Conduct analytical work to evaluate the effectiveness and fairness of compensation systems.
Process all supplemental compensation payments, including signing bonuses, stipends, incentives, and additional clinical hours, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
2+ to 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
Healthcare experience is required.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
