Key Responsibilities Define and execute the roadmap for party and entity reference data ecosystems. Architect cloud‑native solutions leveraging AWS technologies for scalability and security. Lead and mentor a high‑performing technical team, driving innovation and operational excellence. Collaborate with business leaders to align data strategies with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory standards while maintaining data integrity. Qualifications 10+ years in data engineering, software development, or cloud infrastructure with a focus on reference data management. 5+ years in leadership roles delivering enterprise‑scale solutions. Expertise in AWS services (Glue, Lambda, EventBridge, S3, RDS/Aurora, MSK/Kinesis). Strong experience in data mastering, identity resolution, and golden record creation. Proficiency with Snowflake, Aurora, Postgres, MSSQL, and other relational/cloud‑native databases.
