Spanish Bilingual Sales Director

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Bilingual Sales Director to support one of our client's in the Kansas City area. This is a fully remote position but the candidate must sit out of one of the following states: California, Arizona, Texas, or Florida. This is a net new position and this person will be responsible for leading the growth of their Spanish speaking customers while also building and maintaining the relationships. This person will be traveling to visit these customers between various states or traveling within their local region as needed. It is their goal to share more about the service the client offers and looks for new ways to partner with new customers. Other key responsibilities include driving initiatives and growth while being able to leverage the client's technological advancements and service offerings. The amount of travel and face to face time is 50-80% depending on where this candidate lives. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive outside sales experience and is a native Spanish and English speaker. There is opportunity down the line for this person to grow the bilingual sales division.
