As a result of our growing business, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead our inside sales efforts. You will work as part of the Bmore Sales Team that reports to the CEO. This role consists of setting appointments for outside sales and managing Bmore's prospect database. The Inside Sales Representation (ISR) role is purely a hunter role, and the compensation plan is designed to reward hunter mentality and activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Proactively call prospects over the phone, making at least 80 calls per day.
Target Conversations: Achieve 12 to 15 meaningful conversations per day and secure 3 to 5 qualified appointments per week.
Message Delivery: Ensure that every Qualified Prospect receives "Our Message," regardless of their interest in scheduling a meeting.
Meeting Scheduling: Arrange as many Qualified Prospect meetings as possible, preferably as face-to-face meetings. Teams meetings are an acceptable alternative; no phone call appointments.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular reports on progress against daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
Activity Tracking: Track and document all activities in the CRM system.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Outreach Support: Utilize direct emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other activities to support the goal of setting 3 to 5 qualified appointments per week.
Prospect Database Management: Scrub Suspects in CRM against Bmore's Target Client Profile (TCP) criteria to build and maintain a robust prospect database.
Technology Knowledge: Stay updated with Technology knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Brand Advocacy: Act as an evangelist for Bmore, promoting the unique results our services produce.

Experience and Track Record: Proven experience in outbound calling with a demonstrated track record of success in sales or lead generation is required.
Passion for Sales: A strong passion for selling and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, including effective telephony skills, strong written communication, and active listening abilities.
Comfort with Business Leaders: Confidence and ability to comfortably engage and converse with business leaders and decision-makers.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Documentation Skills: Strong ability to create and maintain detailed documentation with proper sentence structure and clarity.
Professional Development: A commitment to continued professional development and a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to efficiently use these tools for tracking and managing sales activities.
Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a sales team, contributing to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Staying updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position and sell Bmore Technology's services.
Resilience and Tenacity: High levels of resilience and tenacity to handle rejection and keep pushing towards achieving sales goals.
