North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Assembly Engineer - II to join ourteam. The ideal candidatewill work with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers who design, specify, and develop equipment required to support production requirements. Your Priorities Works with multiple departments to ensure timely support on new product launches and all other assigned projects. Provides on-site support at NAL plants and equipment vendors when additional engineering resources are required. Assists in feasibility studies and analysis of the new technology. Provides technical support in the following areas: To establish process capability during new equipment start-up To manufacturing to maintain process capability For continuous improvement of production equipment and processes Develops and implements assembly processes, procedures, and standards. Studies product design feasibility and provides feedback to project launch team. Requirements Your Background Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline, plus 2 - 4 years of experience in equipment design and/or implementation within manufacturing.
