In thisrole, you'll collaborate with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, lead cross-functional planning, and ensure successful feature launches. Based in Seattle (preferred) with flexibility for NYC or Santa Monica/Glendale, this hybrid role requires 3–4 days per week onsite.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management, driving delivery of complex software productsExpertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience running sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog groomingStrong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to architecture and system design discussionsProven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and manage dependencies in geographically distributed environmentsExcellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and stakeholder alignmentMainz Brady Group is a technology staffing firm with offices in California, Oregon, Washington and Texas.
