Responsibilities:

A meticulous and detail-oriented analyst, who is focused on Testing to join the Emerging Technologies team. This person will own testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting for Emerging Tech Products. These Products include LIFT (digital advertising and upselling platform), Store Coach (employee task management app), Smart Checkout (AI powered checkout), and Information Superhighway (ISH, our proprietary cloud services platform that powers digital experiences across the globe). This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring software functionality aligns with end-user expectations, covering a range of scenarios and utilizing various testing methods in a physical lab environment.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in UAT testing is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within a software testing environment.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies, UAT processes, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools
  • Effective communication skills to convey UAT findings to various stakeholders.
