What You Get by Working as an Independent Sales Agent:
Sales Support:
- Provides both sales and operational support on every project you sell.
- For those new to the industry, we offer 1 month of on-the-job training and mentoring with a base salary for the training period.
- For experienced professionals, you will receive 1 month of training in our sales process and technology with the same base salary while you build your book of business.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand offerings and pricing.
- Sell Electric and Outdoor digital signage solutions to small and medium-sized businesses as well as large corporate accounts.
- Acquire new customers through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
- Manage 30 to 40 opportunities effectively.
- Research prospects and understand competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Embrace and execute our sales process, including effective opportunity management through CRM software.
- Perform on-site demonstrations using the client's sales demonstration vehicle.
Education, Experience, or Required Skills:
- Proven ability to close opportunities greater than $50k.
- Formal sales methodology and training experience a plus (e.g., Miller Heiman, Strategic, SPIN, Relationship, Action Selling, Dale Carnegie, Black Belt Selling, Solution Selling, Sandler Sales).
- Consistently leads peers by example, embodying the capabilities, motivation, and drive of a top performer.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective selling strategies for enterprise customers.
- Strong, polished verbal and written communication skills for corresponding with executive-level prospects and business owners.
- Organized and self-sufficient; proven goal setter and achiever, self-motivated, and a leader by example.
- Ability to work effectively with team members (Sales Engineers, Lead Generation team, Management, Services) to provide the best customer experience and maximize closing success.
- Polished professional presence for face-to-face meetings or trade shows.
- 3 to 5 or more years of proven sales experience; Electric Sign experience a plus.
- Experience using various web-based CRM platforms.
