Sales Specialist We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Westmont Living, Inc in California. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading the sales effort to promote our senior living communities and services. If you have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Prospect and sell admission agreements to potential residents and their families through targeted outreach and relationship-building Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our senior living communities, services, and amenities to effectively communicate their value to prospects Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, to generate referrals and leads Conduct guided tours of our communities to showcase our facilities and services Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy Requirements 3-5 years of experience in senior living sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong prospecting and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and professional development Competitive compensation package How to Apply If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
